P2P Process Improvement Officer – Supply Management (Germany Market)
12-month contract – Maternity leave replacement

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented P2P Process Improvement Officer to support the Supply Management Transformation Program, with a focus on the German market.
This 12-month position will contribute to optimizing procurement processes, improving data accuracy, and aligning catalogue and system operations across teams. You'll work in collaboration with both regional and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and improve existing P2P process steps
Manage and update catalogues (SKUs, article-product linkage, assortments)
Collect data and support reporting for global supply management initiatives
Identify process deviations and potential risks, and escalate when needed
Perform and monitor system test scenarios
Train teammates and end-users on updated processes and tools
Support implementation of global product hierarchy and taxonomy
Coordinate with suppliers to align data and units of measure
Collaborate closely with the Finance team to enhance the end-to-end P2P process

Profile
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or P2P process improvement
Strong communication and analytical skills
Confident working with Excel, data sets, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Detail-oriented and able to manage large-scale data updates
Knowledge of procurement systems, catalogue tools, and supply management is a plus
Available for occasional travel to Germany

Contract & Benefits
12-month fixed-term contract, directly with the client (maternity leave cover)
Salary: from €1, 400 gross/month
Hybrid work: 2 days in office, 3 days remote
Meal allowance: €8.32 per working day
