Job Description:

We are looking for a PA Technical Expert (Data Analytics Development) to join our Reward Operations team at Airbus Portugal.

Responsibilities - your mission:

You will join the Development Team Core HR within the Reward Operations department and collaborate with an innovative team of 11 people located in Blagnac (France). The team delivers Personal Administration Digital Human Resources Solutions for all Airbus divisions (Helicopter, Defence and Space, Civil Aircraft) in France.

Your main missions will be:

1. Maintain and develop Skywise components for Data analytics, Reporting, and Data Quality within Reward Operations, including evolving existing reports and creating new ones.
2. Maintain and enhance the Qliksense Dashboard indicator, leading all necessary evolutions.
3. Perform evolutions on Escriba, the document management tool for SAP environment, especially for contract management.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

1. Fluent English; French is desirable.
2. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology or Data Analytics; Master's preferred.
3. Knowledge of Python, including libraries like Pandas and Numpy.
4. Knowledge of Skywise Palantir.
5. Knowledge of Qliksense and Escriba is a plus.
6. Knowledge of SAP HR is a plus.
