PA to the CEO / Office Manager (Full-Time)

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing communications and inquiries.
- Represent the CEO at events and meetings as needed.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for corporate and personal needs.
- Develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Implement and maintain administrative systems and procedures.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage workspace organization to foster a productive environment.
- Support personal commitments such as housekeeping, pets, plants, or travel arrangements.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
- Strong professional references are required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is essential.
