THE ROLE

The Paid Search Senior Specialist will develop and execute paid search strategies to maximize nights offered, optimize cost per night sold, and manage cost of sales (COS) relative to revenue. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, analyzing data, and implementing optimizations to meet growth and profitability goals.

You will join our Growth team, reporting to the Growth Executive, and collaborating closely with the Revenue Management team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

• Developing and implementing paid search strategies to increase qualified demand.
• Managing and optimizing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Monitoring performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimizing costs while maintaining quality and revenue targets.
• Managing budgets for efficient resource allocation.
• Tracking key performance indicators such as nights offered, cost per night, and COS.
• Collaborating with
  - functional teams to align strategies.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Staying informed on industry trends to keep strategies effective and innovative.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 6 years of experience in paid search marketing or digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of paid search strategies and platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a
