Commerce and retail. With new launches coming and ambitious growth targets, they’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to own performance acquisition across Meta and Google.
The Role
This is a
- on performance role. You’ll take full ownership of paid media across Meta Ads + Google Ads, driving scalable growth through smart optimisation, strong testing, and clean tracking. You’ll work closely with leadership, shaping strategy while staying deep in execution.
What You’ll Do
Own and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads + Google Ads (Search/Shopping/PMax)
Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, creative testing and scaling
Improve core metrics: ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV
Ensure tracking is accurate across GA4, GTM, Pixel + CAPI
Build reporting and performance insights for leadership
Support product launches with strong paid

- on expertise in Meta + Google (not agency management only)
Technical understanding of tracking, attribution and performance diagnostics
Commercial mindset, understands profitability, not just ROAS
