Managing and optimizing
- funnel paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Linked
In, and Meta, with a strong emphasis on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to secure
- value B2B leads.

Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools like GA4 and Google Data Studio, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed our KPIs.

Leading A/B testing efforts on creatives, messaging, and targeting to continuously improve results.

Conducting comprehensive keyword research to inform both paid campaign targeting and SEO best practices, fostering synergy between organic and paid efforts.

Collaborating closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all campaigns.

Staying ahead of industry trends and platform updates, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge;

Preparing and presenting clear,
- backed performance reports to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights.

competências

Experience managing paid media campaigns (especially Google, Linked
In, and Meta);

Experience running or supporting ABM campaigns in a B2B environment;

Good knowledge of SEO principles and how they can enhance paid media strategies;

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data reporting tools;

A strategic mindset paired with analytical rigor and testing discipline;

Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills;

Ability to manage budgets and report confidently on ROI;

Excellent English skills – spoken and written.
