What You'll Do Lead and manage the paid media team responsible for planning, execution, and optimization across channels: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, You
Tube, Display), Tik
Tok, and Linked
In Ads
Set strategy, structure campaigns, and oversee media budgets to ensure performance excellence across all clients
Coach and mentor junior media buyers and paid specialists to improve campaign quality and
- making
Collaborate closely with the creative and data teams to align messaging and funnel stages with performance goals
Own media forecasting, pacing, and reporting — ensuring clarity and results for stakeholders
Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and growth opportunities
Who You Are 5+ years of experience in paid media with a track record of managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets
Deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads , and familiarity with other emerging channels
Strong analytical mindset with experience in using GA4, Looker Studio, attribution models, and campaign data
Natural leader and team builder who thrives in a
