• Lead and manage the paid media team responsible for planning, execution, and optimization across channels: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, You
  Tube, Display), Tik
  Tok, and Linked
  In Ads
• Set strategy, structure campaigns, and oversee media budgets to ensure performance excellence across all clients
• Coach and mentor junior media buyers and paid specialists to improve campaign quality and
  - making
• Collaborate closely with the creative and data teams to align messaging and funnel stages with performance goals
• Own media forecasting, pacing, and reporting — ensuring clarity and results for stakeholders
• Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and growth opportunities

• 5+ years of experience in paid media with a track record of managing 6- to 7-figure monthly budgets
• Deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads , and familiarity with other emerging channels
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in using GA4, Looker Studio, attribution models, and campaign data
