We're seeking a

- driven forecasting. Your role involves crafting performance forecasts, executing campaigns, and maintaining transparent communication with clients, embodying CTC's core values of excellence and innovation.

As a Paid Social Specialist, you will:

• Implement and optimize media campaigns using CTC's methodologies and tools.
• Engage with clients to build trust and explain strategies and results.
• Set high standards for campaign execution, quality, and results.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage client campaigns, build growth forecasts, and optimize performance daily.
• Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Management & Reporting

Report to Joy Sharma, Director of the CTC Accelerator Program. Expect mentorship, growth opportunities, and a clear career path.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $2, 000/month, progressing to approximately $7, 000/month after training.
• Annual compensation ranges from $64, 000 to over $120, 000 based on performance.
