IQVIA is seeking a proactive and
- orientedPanel Administrator Specialistto oversee the daily operations of our
- based Data Collection team. This role is pivotal in ensuring
- quality data collection through strong relationships with healthcare professionals and efficient project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit physicians and primary healthcare professionals to participate in data collection initiatives.
• Build and maintain
  - term,
  - based relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Act as a brand ambassador for IQVIA, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
• Conduct interviews in the local language to gather primary data.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff on ongoing projects and studies.
• Serve as the main internal point of contact for healthcare professional queries
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and time tracking.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, speed, and efficiency to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1–2 years of experience in Primary Market Research (required)
• Strong analytical and creative
  - solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a
  - paced environment
• Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills
