Mission

• Provide legal, administrative and operational support to our lawyers across matters, ensuring quality, deadlines and compliance.
• Matter management: file organisation, deadline tracking, and preparation of bundles and annexes.
• Obtain certificates and prepare notarial acts.
• Research & legal support: gather case law and doctrine, draft concise briefs; review/format templates, translations and letters (PT/EN).
• Immigration (preferred): assemble visa and residence permit files, liaise with AIMA and consulates.
• Corporate/Compliance: prepare powers of attorney, corporate filings and documentation; basic KYC/AML, version control and document housekeeping.
• Billing & operations: support timesheets,
  - billing and expense recording.
• External communications: liaise with clients and public authorities, request documents, and manage
  - ups.

Requirements

• Law degree (preferred) or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Paralegal/Legal Assistant).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power
  Point) and familiarity with DMS tools.
• Strong English skills; French is a plus.
