About the Role As a Paralegal at Allora Labs, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Legal team across corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and regulatory research. You'll help keep the company legally sound while we move fast, ship often, and operate globally. This role is ideal for someone who is
- oriented, proactive, and excited about working in a

• Support the drafting, review, and management of contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, etc. )
• Maintain corporate records, entity documentation, and cap
  - related materials
• Assist with corporate governance matters, including board materials and resolutions
• Coordinate contract execution and manage legal document workflows
• Conduct legal and regulatory research related to Web3, AI, data privacy, and fintech
• Support compliance efforts (KYC/AML processes, data protection, internal policies)Liaise with external counsel and internal stakeholders as needed
• Help build and improve internal legal processes and documentation systems

• 2–5 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial legal documentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a
  - paced,
  - first environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
• Interest in emerging technologies,
  - ups, or Web3 ecosystems

• Experience supporting
  - house legal teams at
  - ups or tech companies
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or fintech regulatory frameworks
• Experience with contract lifecycle management tools
• Paralegal certification or relevant legal qualification
