We value curiosity, initiative, and a builder mentality—and we’re looking for entrepreneurial, driven individuals to join our team as an Investment Analyst to join our growing investment team, based in Lisbon. The role offers broad exposure to private markets investing (including direct deals,
- investments, and fund selection) and the chance to work closely with senior team members on
- impact investment decisions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with up to 2 years of relevant experience (e. g. , investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, consulting) who is ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to a dynamic, entrepreneurial investment platform.

Tasks

1. Investment Analysis: Evaluate private market opportunities across sectors and geographies, conducting
   - depth financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
2. Due Diligence: Support due diligence processes on funds, companies, and
   - investments, including research, management interviews, and competitive analysis.
3. Portfolio Monitoring: Help track and analyze existing investments, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Market Research: Identify macro trends, sector shifts, and strategic themes to help shape investment theses.
5. Founder & Manager Support: Collaborate with founders and investment partners to provide strategic and operational support, contributing to value creation and
   - term growth.

Requirements

1. You have up to 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or a similar analytical role.
2. You’re analytical and intellectually curious, with strong financial modeling skills and business judgment.
3. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working independently and proactively.
4. You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in person.
5. You are fluent in English; fluency in German or other European languages is a plus.
6. You’re excited to work at the intersection of entrepreneurship and
   - term investing, with a global outlook and strong attention to detail.
