Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality theoretical and practical training in accordance with EASA Part‑66 and Part‑147 requirements.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments aligned with the MTOE.
• Conduct examinations and practical assessments complying with EASA Part‑147. A. 105 and 147. A. 110.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and stay current with regulatory changes.
• Provide mentorship, technical support, and professional guidance to trainees and junior instructors.
• Participate in audits and reviews to maintain organizational approval.

Required Experience

• Education / Certification: EASA Part‑66 AML (B1 and/or B2) with current type rating(s) on relevant aircraft.
• Strong understanding of EASA Part 147 and Part 66 regulations and AMCs.
• Minimum 5 years of certifying or maintenance experience on commercial aircraft.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Desirable Requirements

• Instructional technique training (in accordance with EASA 147. A. 105(f)).
• Experience as a Part‑147 Instructor and/or Practical Assessor.
• Experience in course development and e‑learning methodologies.
• Knowledge of other languages.
