Responsibilities include:

1. You are the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming inquiries.
2. Answer a wide range of general and technical questions, advising customers on the product portfolio, including technical recalls and vehicle model availability.
3. Identify customer inquiries and forward them to the relevant specialist team, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Requirements:

1. German Language (C1 level) mandatory
2. English (at least B1 level, written communication)
3. Strong communication skills,
   - focused,
   - oriented
4. Flexibility to work two Saturdays a month
