Location: Central Lisbon

We are a Middle Eastern restaurant in central Lisbon seeking a Part-Time Chef Helper to support our kitchen. You'll assist with food preparation, plating, cleaning, and closing tasks, while learning and contributing to authentic Middle Eastern cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with washing, chopping, and prepping ingredients.
• Help cook and plate dishes during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the kitchen.
• Follow food safety standards (HACCP).

Requirements:

• Interest in Middle Eastern cuisine and kitchen work.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work in a small team.
• Basic Portuguese and English.
• Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.

Hours:

• 20 hours per week (weekdays + weekend shifts).
