We are looking for a
- time Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a flexible position, well suited to individuals with prior professional experience in compliance, legal, or financial services who are now seeking a role that accommodates other commitments.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee the firm's compliance framework, policies, and registers.
• Support regulatory filings, compliance monitoring, and periodic reporting to the Board.
• Assist with AML/KYC oversight and ensure adherence with relevant compliance frameworks.
• Act as a key point of contact with service providers, administrators, and advisors.
• Provide advice and updates on evolving regulatory requirements.
• Provide project management and operational support for the founder's business and personal interests as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in compliance, legal, or related financial services roles.
• Knowledge of FCA rules and AML regulations preferred.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively on a
  - time basis.
• A flexible and supportive mindset.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
