Part-time Maintenance II (32-hour position) Behavioral Health & Life Skills Ogdensburg, Lisbon

We’re seeking a
- time maintenance worker to handle maintenance responsibilities for Gateway Apartments in Ogdensburg and our Lisbon IRA.

Responsibilities will include assisting with the maintenance of facility grounds, vehicles, equipment and the facilities themselves. The ability to assist with general repairs utilizing skills like engine repair, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, and electrical work is beneficial.

Applicants do not need to be skilled in all of these areas, but general knowledge in multiple areas is required.

Salary for this positions begins at $17. 82 to $19. 60 per hour, based on experience.
