Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception area and welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Oversee the scheduling and organisation of appointments.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the space.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

Requirements:

• Perfect command of English.
• Proven experience in customer care, preferably in the health or sports sector.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a
  - paced environment.
