Partner Account Manager – Portugal
To increase our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager – Portugal (m / f / d) for 40 hours / week, to start immediately or as soon as possible. This role reports directly to the Country Manager for Iberia, LATAM, and Italy, and is based in Portugal, working remotely from Lisbon.

Your Job
- You will identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Portugal.
- You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build
- term, successful business relationships. - You will organize and coordinate online and
- person training sessions for our partners, including product training, ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program. - You will define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring strategic and commercial development.
- You will participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions and strengthen brand presence.
- You will create sales forecasts and define strategies to achieve business targets in Portugal.
- You will collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams, and externally act as a key company representative with professionalism and expertise.
- You will regularly update our CRM system with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Partners and MSSP in Portugal will be considered a strong asset.
Your Profile
- You have solid IT knowledge from academic background, university studies, or equivalent, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services.
- You have at least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies (e. g. , MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman) is highly valued, especially in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- You have relevant experience dealing with sales partners, customers, and distributors in Portugal, with a track record of strategic partner development.
- You are an excellent communicator, confident and professional in interactions with partners and customers.
- You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50%) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during meetings and negotiations.
- You bring a winning personality and thrive in an international,
- paced environment. - You have at least B2 level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- You are driven by achievement, pursue quarterly goals with passion and accountability.
- You are highly organized, able to prioritize tasks to support growth and success.
