Job Description

As a Partner and Ecosystem Management Specialist, you will contribute to a successful Go-to-Market for our
- tech products by defining partner strategies that support our business needs. You will develop business opportunities jointly with external partners, such as
- houses,
- makers, and software providers, and manage the partner relationship. You will collaborate with
- functional teams in i. e. technical marketing, business management, distribution marketing, and procurement, and act as a central point of contact between internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Power & Sensor Systems Division with partner solutions along the value chain to create new business opportunities
• Develop the right partner portfolios for the assigned business and product lines
• Advance the development of business areas through
  - initiated partner projects for dedicated applications and product fields
• Identify, acquire, and select partners that expand the reach, the breadth, and the competence profile of Infineon
• Perform partner evaluations and design partner agreements, including business model, target, and milestone setting
• Act as central contact between the partner and internal interfaces such as business lines, legal, and procurement
• Manage the partnership along the lifecycle (onboarding, development, and discontinuation)

Your Profile

You bring a passion for technology and a strong analytical and
- oriented mindset. You feel comfortable with improving processes and frameworks. You enjoy collaborating in international settings and thrive in communicating information in a clear and concise manner.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University degree in engineering, physics, business administration or related disciplines, preferably with an MBA or master's degree from a leading international business school
• At least 3 years of solid experience in marketing, strategy, or business development in a
  - tech company
• Experience with sensor technologies or applications would be a strong plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as negotiation skills, with a record of accomplishment in engaging with customers and/or business partners and maintaining successful relationships
• An entrepreneurial personality that brings an analytical mind, and a solution-oriented way of thinking, alongside creativity and persistence
• Affinity to optimize processes and frameworks, to consolidate information, and prepare it for management presentations
• Energetic and extroverted personality with experience in APAC and US culture
• Expertise in MS Office (Power
  Point, Excel) and CRM tools
• Strong communication skills in English (German/Chinese would be a plus)
