Overview
This role focuses on leading business analysis for Salesforce PRM processes and systems, bridging business needs with technical solutions within Siemens' Digital Sales/Marketing team. You will contribute to building the next generation PRM system that enhances partner relationships and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities for Salesforce PRM processes and systems
- Create and document detailed business requirements and user stories
- Manage incident resolution, change requests, and projects according to SLAs
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to prioritize and implement business needs
- Drive solution refinements for Partner Relationship Management processes
- Participate in solution design discussions with the global architecture team
- Serve as IT subject matter expert for PRM business processes
- Manage data quality and cleansing activities for the PRM system
- Lead testing coordination for enhancements and releases
- Support business process training and change management
- Collaborate with development teams and vendors on integration topics
- Monitor and improve delivery processes
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce business analysis, with focus on Partner Management
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Advanced degree may substitute for some experience)
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Partner Management processes and setup
- CRM business process expertise
- Agile methodologies and tools
- Stakeholder management and requirement gathering
- Service support and ticket management
- Strong analytical and
- solving abilities - Documentation and presentation skills
- Change management and training delivery
- Ability to work in
- functional, global teams - Strong organizational and time management skills
