Your Main Activities Are

- Manage the relationship between P4P and key business stakeholders within the Global Banking and Transactional Banking practices.

- Contribute to the delivery of P4P global projects, acting as a key player in the overall global P4P setup to deliver its mission.

- Build relationships of trust with project sponsors, clients, and other key stakeholders.

- Demonstrate leadership in building and maintaining a talented team, developing them through training and

Profile And Skills To Success

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or relevant field.

- At least 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, with a proven track record in Corporate & Investment Banking or Continuous Improvement practices in the financial industry.

- Expertise in Global Banking and Investment Banking.

- Experience in consulting, program management, transformation methodologies, and continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

- Team spirit, collaborative mindset, curiosity, and proactive
- solving abilities.

- Impactful with strong analytical skills, able to anticipate business and strategic changes.

- Ability to adapt in complex environments and develop others' skills.
