Position Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership & Alliances Manager to manage, grow, and optimize our strategic relationship with Microsoft and its partner programs. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Microsoft's ecosystem, partnership models, incentives, and selling motions tailored for Systems Integrators, MSPs, and MSSPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship owner and advocate for our strategic partnership with Microsoft, ensuring alignment with both companies' goals.
- Manage Microsoft partner programs, competencies, certifications, incentives, and rebates to maximize partnership value.
- Lead regular business reviews with Microsoft Partner Managers and internal stakeholders to evaluate performance, set joint goals, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to leverage Microsoft's resources and selling initiatives, facilitating market entry and client adoption.
- Maintain expertise in Microsoft's portfolio, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security & Compliance solutions, and Dynamics 365, to identify and nurture strategic opportunities.
- Track and report on partnership KPIs, analyzing metrics to optimize strategies and performance.
- Identify and drive opportunities for joint marketing campaigns, funding programs, and market initiatives.
Who You Are
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder, skilled at navigating vendor ecosystems, particularly Microsoft.
- Strategically insightful with a pragmatic approach to managing vendor relationships and programs.
- Driven, analytical, and adept at leveraging vendor resources to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Experience
- 5+ years managing strategic vendor and partner relationships, specifically Microsoft Partner Programs.
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft's incentives, licensing, and selling models, particularly for Systems Integrators, MSPs, and MSSPs.
- Proven track record in executing joint market strategies involving Microsoft's product ecosystem.
- Experience in MSP, MSSP, or Systems Integration environments is highly desirable.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e. g. , Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Solutions Architect) are strongly preferred.
