We are currently looking for a Partnership Manager | B2B (M/F) to join the internal structure of a prestigious company in the textile sector, located in the Porto area.

Responsibilities:

- Identify new strategic partnership opportunities;

- Develop and manage national and international commercial partnerships (B2B segment);

- Manage the life cycle of active partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives;

- Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to maximize synergies;

- Supporting partners and ensuring their satisfaction and fidelization;

- Monitoring partnership performance through KPIs and reports.

Requirements:

- Higher education in Management or Economics (preferential);

- Minimum of 10 years' experience in business development, partnerships or sales;

- Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish valued;

- Good knowledge of Excel;

- Resilient, proactive and creative profile;

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively;

- Familiarity with the retail sector;

- Available to travel nationally and internationally, when necessary.
