Acting as the bridge between business development and relationship management, you will help expand the partner ecosystem, open new revenue streams, and strengthen the company’s impact in delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions. Responsibilities- Market Analytics and Assessment: Based on a good understanding of the value chain and stakeholders (e. G. vendors, OEM, utilities, complementary businesses) in and market dynamics around the electrical LV and MV grid market space, identify and evaluate potential partners and define an approach for reach out and collaboration concept. - Partner Acquisition & Engagement: Approach potential partners and design an growth plan based on mutually beneficial opportunities; develop common businesscase, including measurable KPIs. Com-team. Draft, negotiate and carry through partnership agreements, establish business plans with partner, define measures and follow through with the execution to achieve collective goals. - Company presentation, Product Demonstration and Value Creation: Present and demonstrate the clients Deep
Grid-solution to (potential) partners at various levels, explaining technical features and applications with focus on partner & collectively served customer benefit in an accessible manner. - Partnership Management: Animate and accompany partnership during execution; follow through with respective stakeholders at partner, as well as align all clients internal teams such as product development, engineering, sales and supply chain management. Liaise between the client and partner, ensure clear communication and resolve issues between organizations. Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or equivalent professional experience. - Proven experience in Business Development, Account or Sales Management, preferably in the energy or industrial sector. - Strong understanding of energy systems (renewables, storage, grid infrastructure, energy management, etc. ), value chains and stakeholders in energy and grid space. - Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences, empathy and ability to create a good rapport with customers, always seeking mutually beneficial solutions. - Strong business acumen and analytical skills; well skilled strategic thinking and conceptualizing collaboration streams, business case creation and evaluation. - Customer-focused approach with strong
- solving and project management abilities. - Team worker mentality in all aspects, ability to work independently, transparently and collaboratively
