We are in search of a

*Partnerships Manager

to join our innovative team as our new

#bloqstar

. In this role, you'll will manage a brand new team of two to play a crucial role in creating a strong and aligned network of partners that allow us to deliver the best service at the right moment and at the best possible cost.

By joining the

Deployment & Maintenance Central team

you will support business growth and drive compliance through strategic planning and resource management.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and communicate the strategic direction for partnership management in ;
  
  
  
  
• Manage the central process for identifying and attracting new partners ;
  
  
  
  
• Manage centralpartner relationships through negotiations, governance, performance reviews, and issue escalation ;
  
  
  
  
• Conduct central cost analysis to identify optimization opportunities ;
  
  
  
  
• Oversee due diligence documentation and partner approval requirements ;
  
  
  
  
• Support countries in acquiring, onboarding, and developing local partners.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field ;
  
  
  
  
• At least5 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, Supply Chain, or a similar role, preferably managing 3PL, logistics or technical services ;
  
  
  
  
• Proficient in procurement planning tools and reporting platforms ;
  
  
  
  
• Good communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills ;
  
  
  
  
• Analytical, methodical,
  - oriented with excellent attention to detail.

It would be great if you would also have:

• Previous experience in a
  - up or
  - growing environment ;
  
  
  
  
• Experience in managing International Business Units ;
  
  
  
  
• Familiarity with deployment and maintenance operations in the industrial sector.
