Unity Coffee Roasters - a premium specialty coffee roasting company.
We produce specialty coffee, fine teas, and accessories, and are official dealers of La Marzocco,
MAHLKÖNIG, Aviator, and BFC.
Our clients include the best coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and offices in Portugal.
We are looking for an active and ambitious Partnertships Manager to promote our wide range of products:
- Specialty coffee (espresso and filter), including rare lots with Q scores of 83-88;
- Fine teas (black, green, yellow, oolong, herbal, and fruit blends);
- Premium cocoa and matcha;
- Equipment (coffee machines, grinders);
- Training programs for baristas and business owners.
Responsibilities:
- Actively search for new B2B partners (coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, offices with over 100 employees);
- Organize cuppings, tastings, and product presentations;
- Promote coffee, tea, cocoa, equipment, and training programs;
- Maintain
- term client relationships; - Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of active B2B partnerships experience, preferably in Ho
Re
Ca segment; - Fluent Portuguese and English;
- Presentation skills and ability to conduct tastings;
- Result-oriented and passionate about coffee.
