Partnerships Manager

We are in search of a Partnerships Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you’ll manage a brand new team of two to play a crucial role in creating a strong and aligned network of partners that allow us to deliver the best service at the right moment and at the best possible cost.

By joining the Deployment & Maintenance Central team you will support business growth and drive compliance through strategic planning and resource management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design and communicate the strategic direction for partnership management in Bloq. it;
• Manage the central process for identifying and attracting new partners;
• Manage central partner relationships through negotiations, governance, performance reviews, and issue escalation;
• Conduct central cost analysis to identify optimization opportunities;
• Oversee due diligence documentation and partner approval requirements;
• Support countries in acquiring, onboarding, and developing local partners.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement, Category Management, Supply Chain, or a similar role, preferably managing 3PL, logistics or technical services;
• Proficient in procurement planning tools and reporting platforms;
• Good communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills;
• Analytical, methodical,
  - oriented with excellent attention to detail.

It would be great if you would also have:

• Previous experience in a
  - up or
  - growing environment;
• Experience in managing International Business Units;
• Familiarity with deployment and maintenance operations in the industrial sector.
