Support Specialist for Norwegian patients who struggle with Diabetes - Inbound/Chat/Email Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on patients' lives? We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional support to patients with diabetes. If you are empathetic, a great communicator, and speak Norwegian, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying patient needs, clarifying doubts or questions related to diabetes electronic devices, handling complaints, resolving issues, and performing back-office tasks as needed. To perform at your best in this position, you should have advanced level of Norwegian (at least C1), a good knowledge of English (minimum B1), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an empathetic and patient-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The work model will transition through three phases: initially, on-site training and the first few weeks of work until candidates are fully competent in their tasks; followed by a hybrid model where employees work in the office two days a week; and finally, the possibility to work permanently from home after successfully transitioning from the hybrid phase.
