Support Specialist for Italian patients who struggle with Diabetes - Inbound/Chat/Email Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on patients' lives? We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional support to patients with diabetes. If you are empathetic, a great communicator, and speak Italian, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying patient needs, clarifying doubts or questions related to diabetes electronic devices, handling complaints, resolving issues, and performing back-office tasks as needed. To succeed in this position, you should have at least a C1 level of Italian and a good knowledge of English (B1 minimum), along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient-focused and empathetic attitude is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team. The work model will transition through three phases: initially, on-site training and the first few weeks of work until candidates become fully competent; then a hybrid model where employees work in the office two days a week; and finally, the possibility of permanent work-from-home once candidates successfully transition from the hybrid phase.
