Position

Patient Journey Partner (PJP) – Hemophilia (Lisboa)

Local customer‑facing role unlocking value along patient journeys.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner and primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche, prioritising and securing resources to deliver faster outcomes.
• Collaborate with other patient journey partners and healthcare system partners nationwide and internationally to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities for patient value.
• Guide Roche’s products through their lifecycle, supporting appropriate use and sharing merits with HCPs in a truthful and balanced manner.
• Ensure great experiences whenever partners in the ecosystem engage with Roche employees, products and services.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of patient journey(s) and related treatments in Hemophilia therapeutic area, enabling specialist‑level engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including partnering with Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs); experience with Patient Advocacy Groups (PGAs) highly desired.
• Robust understanding of medical affairs strategies and tactics, including clinical research.
• Self‑managed and self‑directed; courage to act boldly on key decisions and opportunities, saying “No” when value is not predictable.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in commercialization, medical and customer experience excellence; experience forming cross‑functional strategies.
• Growth mindset, able to learn and unlearn quickly, take risks and experiment, sharing knowledge inside and outside Roche.
• Able to understand and use digital tools and agile ways of working.
• Fluent in Portuguese; proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise.
• Residency in Lisbon district required.
