Patient Services Representative Neuromodulation & Pelvic Health (IT/ES/PT)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

A Day in the Life

The Patient Service Representative is the central contact point for patients that have product technical and application related questions. The representative assists healthcare professionals and Medtronic representatives with their technical questions and provides in‑depth knowledge of product features, electromagnetic interference (EMI), alerts, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide world‑class technical support to patients and customers
• Serve as a liaison between patients and technical and marketing partners
• Have in‑depth knowledge of all relevant products
• Perform technical activities requiring considerable judgement and own projects
• Ensure all documentation/systems entries are fully complete
• Connect easily with stakeholders and remain customer focused

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Excellent communication skills via phone and e‑mail
• Fluency in English, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish is a must
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills balanced with speed and effectiveness
• Highly organized with the ability to be flexible, multi‑task and prioritize assignments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Respected team player capable of establishing relationships with colleagues in other countries and departments
