We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our Payable Team and contribute to the continued success of our company.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier master data, ensuring all information and bank details are accurate and up to date.
• Process purchase orders and invoices, performing necessary checks to ensure accuracy and compliance (3‑way match).
• Monitor approvals and follow up on any pending invoice or payment issues.
• Handle payment activities, including urgent and manual payments, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and proactively resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Management.
• Experience in finance or accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
