Overview

Payment Collections Specialist (English-speaking) – Social Media at Concentrix. Porto, Portugal (On-Site).

What You Will Do In This Role

• Proactively reach out to customers with overdue balances via voice or written communication to encourage timely payments.
• Manage the dunning process, including collection letters, reminders, formal notices, and escalation to senior management and sales when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to reduce disputes and ensure future payments are timely.
• Investigate and resolve payment disputes by collaborating with internal stakeholders (sales, customer service, legal).
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts and billing information.
• Ensure efficient collection processes to reduce credit risk and minimize profit loss.

Your Qualifications

• Are fluent in English (written and spoken at C2 level)
• Have at least 2 years of experience in Collections for Key Accounts & Agencies in the Digital Industry (mandatory)
• Have strong
  - solving abilities – are efficient in identifying and resolving customer issues
• Are empathetic, resilient, and
  - centric – demonstrate patience and professionalism
