Payment Solutions Account - French And English (M/F/X)
A leading payment solutions provider, with the largest business technology platform serving all kinds of businesses. Our client's operating system allows business owners to sell anywhere, work more efficiently, manage inventory, communicate with customers, book appointments, order meals, online shopping, and more.
Responsabilidades chave
- As a Customer Support Agent, your role involves providing exceptional B2B customer support;
- You will be responsible for assisting business clients with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing tailored solutions to optimize their use of our client's services;
- You will engage with clients ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns, maintaining high standards of professionalism and support excellence;
- Deliver excellent personalized service and assist sellers through communication channels which may include Phone, Email, and/or Chat in various areas, including but not limited to:
- Identify account holder;
- Verify account information;
- Comply with all regulatory guidelines and procedures provided by Customer.
- The support will be handled in both French and English, in the support language.
Competências
- Fluency in both French and English (C1), spoken and written;
- High School diploma (mandatory);
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service with a strong customer orientation (mandatory);
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills;
- Experience working in a
- paced environment with strong multitasking skills; - High attention to detail;
- Background in customer support from industries such as retail, banking, or others;
- Strong
- solving skills with an interest in resolving customer issues; - Ability to work independently and efficiently;
- Excellent writing, email, phone, and organizational skills;
- Strong verbal communication and computer skills.
Principais benefícios
- Base salary of 900€/month;
- Complexity bonus of 50€/month;
- Meal allowance of 7. 23€ per day;
- Transport allowance of 50€/month;

- Work schedule from Monday to Sunday, 24/7 shifts including nights;
- Two rotative days off.
