About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and
- oriented Payments & Bank Reconciliation Analyst to join our Record to Report and Payment team in Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with solid experience in accounting operations and payment processes.

You will be responsible for managing supplier payments, reconciling bank transactions, resolving suspended items, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Prepare, generate, and control payment proposals

✔ Reconcile payments with invoices and bank statements, including exception handling

✔ Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations

✔ Investigate and clear suspended or unmatched bank and liaison items

✔ Ensure compliance with corporate controls and accounting procedures

What We’re Looking For:

? Education & Experience:

✔ University degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field

✔ Previous experience in an accounting or
- related role

✔ Comfortable using ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and MS Office tools

? Languages:

✔ English: Fluent (required)

✔ French: Basic knowledge
