Payments & Bank Reconciliation Analyst

Job Description : As member of the Record to Report and Payment team, depending on your expertise your main activities will be some of the following: performing payments of supplier’s invoices, registering payments, perform the Bank Reconciliations and analyze and solve the suspends items related to bank accounts and Liaison accounts.

Main Tasks:

• Generate and control payment proposals - Notions
• Perform payment reconciliation with invoices and bank statements including exception handling - Practice
• Perform Bank Reconciliations - Practice
• Perform controls in line with corporate procedures - Practice

Technical skills:

• University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other related field
• Professional experience: Relevant experience as accounting officer or in a similar role
• Experience in use of MS Office applications and ERP system application (SAP/Oracle preferred)

Language Skills:

• English - Expert
• French - Notions
