Key Responsibilities:
●Monitor and process player deposits, withdrawals, and refunds across multiple payment providers.
●Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
●Verify payment details, player identity, and source of funds to prevent fraudulent activities.
●Identify and analyze suspicious transactions, bonus abuse, chargebacks, and
- accounting.
●Monitor player behavior, betting patterns, and payment anomalies to detect potential fraud.
●Work closely with fraud prevention tools, risk management software, and internal teams to mitigate risks.
●Investigate and resolve disputes, chargebacks, and
- related complaints.

●Maintain accurate records of fraud cases, risk assessments, and suspicious activities.
●Assist in preparing risk reports and regulatory compliance documentation.

Requisitos
