Job Description Summary

The Coordinator Payroll is responsible for assisting the Payroll Manager as needed for Ryan's business across Europe in all aspects of the payroll lifecycle. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, research of payroll questions from employees and agencies, review of monthly payroll batch data, preparation of international payroll worksheets, review of employee workflow information to ensure proper set up, review of periodic reports and files, and provides assistance to the Payroll Manager with the review data reconciliation. The Coordinator Payroll works closely at a peer level with Finance, Human Resources, and Service Delivery personnel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in the payroll process for each country where Ryan operates
• Reviews and balances payroll batch information, which includes time and leave, bonus, and other compensation entries.
• Reviews employee master file information to ensure correct application for payroll.
• Reviews workflows for employee information changes.
• Reviews basic calculations for each payroll.
• Creates payroll international reports.
• Assists in
  - line payroll questions from employees.
• Assists in calculating staff costs KPIs.
• Handles the booking and control of employees’ expense notes.
• Creates compensation
  - hoc reports as needed.
• Assist Payroll Manager in financial and tax audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

A degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, Finance, and Accounting or similar preferred.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate experience in accounting software, ERP systems, and payroll systems, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and user knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Power
Point, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
