Job Title: Payroll Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and
- oriented Payroll Professional to join our P&O team in Portugal. The ideal candidate will manage payroll processes, ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and provide exceptional service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete
   - specific payroll configurations and analyses for specific business cases.
2. Coordinate the processing of payroll information among team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
3. Prepare and distribute payroll reports for clients and management.
4. Interface with P&O IT to ensure proper communication and implementation of integration requirements.
5. Reconcile payroll accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
6. Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and administration, providing clear and accurate information.
7. Process garnishment and withholding orders, including facilitating payments to agencies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (C1 level).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a large organization.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong numeracy and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Workday, SAP.
• Experience with payroll and accounting management tools.
• Deep understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience with
  - state payroll is advantageous.
• Digital skills, attentiveness, organization, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
