YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You manage accurate and timely payroll processing, with a focus on the French market
• You ensure data accuracy and legal compliance across payroll systems, providers, and internal processes
• You collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and
  - party providers to resolve complex payroll issues
• You support the preparation of payroll reports, audits, and documentation for compliance
• You serve as the first point of contact for
  - related questions from employees and HR teams
• You assist with continuous improvement of payroll processes and support system updates and testing
  
  
  

• Experience You bring 2+ years of experience andstrong expertise in French payroll processes and legislation
• Education You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
• Technical Skills You are experienced in working with payroll systems and HRIS tools (e. g. , ADP, Workday)
• Attention to Detail You are highly organized and accurate in handling payroll data and documentation
• Language You are fluent in French and English, both written and verbal (Mandatory)
• Soft Skills You are
  - oriented, proactive, and confident working
  - functionally in an international environment
