Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative project in full growth? We are recruiting a Payroll Specialist (M/F) to join our amazing Human Resources team in Porto!

This is a temporary position for maternity leave replacement with the possibility of continuation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute payroll for a group of companies;
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations (Finance, Social Security, Insurance Companies, etc. );
• Assist employees with labor law and payroll issues;
• Administrative management of admissions, contract renewals, exits processes and curricular and professional internships;
• Maintain and update employee data in payroll software, including personal data, bank details, and salary updates, etc.
• Create monthly reports;
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area;
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel;
• Experience on ERP Primavera (eliminatory factor);
• Rigor, attention to detail, responsibility and autonomy;
• Organization and method;
