Payroll Specialist (M/F) - Porto
Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative project in full growth? We are recruiting a Payroll Specialist (M/F) to join our amazing Human Resources team in Porto!
This is a temporary position for maternity leave replacement with the possibility of continuation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute payroll for a group of companies;
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations (Finance, Social Security, Insurance Companies, etc. );
- Assist employees with labor law and payroll issues;
- Administrative management of admissions, contract renewals, exits processes and curricular and professional internships;
- Maintain and update employee data in payroll software, including personal data, bank details, and salary updates, etc.
- Create monthly reports;
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant work experience in the area;
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel;
- Experience on ERP Primavera (eliminatory factor);
- Rigor, attention to detail, responsibility and autonomy;
- Organization and method;
- Team player.
