Job Description
The Specialist, Payroll is responsible for day‑to‑day execution of payroll processes. This position verifies, processes, and maintains payroll programs with speed, accuracy and in compliance with service and performance objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, process, file, and monitor monthly payroll information for a specific country/region.
 - Plan, coordinate, and implement off‑cycle payroll processing and reporting.
 - Maintain accurate and concise payroll records for audit and compliance.
 - Respond to tickets and queries on payroll questions in a timely manner and provide resolution.
 - Monitor changes in legislation, update tax rules, and collaborate with the Payroll team to recommend changes.
 - Partner with external parties/payroll vendors (when applicable) and government institutions for social security and other related administration such as pensions.
 - Adhere to strict data protection standards when handling highly confidential and sensitive information.
 - Assist in global work and initiatives as needed.
