As a vital member of our client payroll team, you will engage daily with employees and managers, covering diverse bases across the UK, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Portugal, and Spain. Your central role involves managing
-
- day payroll processes, collaborating with
- party vendors, and ensuring seamless internal stakeholder communication.

Your Impactful Role:

You will play a crucial part in delivering a timely, accurate, and compliant payroll service. Your focus on aligning entries with local legislation is key. Responsibilities include supporting smooth payroll operations, managing transaction processing, and ensuring
-
- time execution. Your role involves flexible operation across various processes and procedures, maintaining excellence and efficiency.

What you will bring:

Demonstrate expertise in payroll legislation, processes, and policies. Your experience in a
- volume, complex payroll environment is essential, coupled with strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with the HR Business Partnering Model and excellent IT skills (preferably in Office, Share
Point) are necessary.
