What we’re looking for:

• Eligibility for acurricular internship orIEFP professional internship
• Good knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, responsibility, and professionalism
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Immediate availability is a plus
• Willingness tocommute to the office (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Help in verifying timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring correct payment of salaries.
• Enter and update employee information in payroll systems, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure all data is

• Assist in ensuring payroll processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Help prepare and file
  - related documentation, such as tax forms and reports.
• Support the payroll team in responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, such as discrepancies, deductions, and benefits.
• Provide assistance in explaining payroll policies and procedures to employees.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and compliance.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices.
• Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Assist with special projects and audits as needed.
