YOUR TASKS
- Design, implement, and support our UKG HRSD and People
Assist platforms, ensuring integration with the existing HRIS system (SAP Success
Factors). - Provide support services and product improvements based on feedback from the Global P&C Community, including training and guidelines.
- Play a crucial role in the digitalization and automation of employee processes, potentially rolling out UKG solutions in additional countries based on the roadmap and business needs.
- Ensure all processes and configurations on the platform comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Provide
- practice guidance on processes and setup, and stay updated on new features and releases of the platform. - Collaborate with team members to facilitate successful integration between tools (UKG, SAP, etc. ).
- Work with Global & Local P&C Operations on digitalization topics.
- Assist with operations and configuration of other HRIS tools such as Success
Factors, SAP, Docu
Sign, etc. , as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with knowledge of global HR policies, practices, and processes.
- 3+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting UKG HRSD / People
Assist solutions. - Proven experience in configuration and data management in SAP Success
Factors integration scenarios is a plus. - Willingness to develop expertise in other HRIS products.
- Results-oriented, proactive in
- solving, and capable of driving projects independently.
