As a PCI Compliance Specialist in the PDS Program at Conectys, you will play a key role in supporting the successful launch and growth of operations in Portugal for one of our
- profile technology clients, recognized for its
- edge platform, software solutions, and global presence.

You will play a proactive role in delivering our premium product to small and
- sized business owners who are seeking to protect themselves and their customers from cybercrime. Your job will be to ensure these customers receive the maximum value and protection available to them.

We are especially interested in candidates who can confidently communicate in: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish, Polish, English

Your responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with the team, aligned with company goals.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to support customer needs.
• Contribute to the team’s efforts in growing the business.
• Recognize chances to recommend and upsell security and compliance products based on customer profiles.

What will make you successful in the role:

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center
• 1+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in remote or virtual environments
• Fluency in English, C1 level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Team player with a positive attitude, that enjoys sales and customer service
• Attentive listener with clear and confident communication
• Professional phone presence and soft skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
• Solid

  - solving abilities
• Available to work flexible shifts while displaying impeccable schedule adherence
