We are seeking an experienced

Pega System Architect

to design, implement, and optimize business process management (BPM) solutions using Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver scalable, efficient, and
- performing solutions that align with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop

  - end BPM solutions on the
  
  Pega Platform

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Architect Pega applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Define and implement integration strategies with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, databases).
• Configure case management, business rules, workflows, and user interfaces within Pega.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and development teams for solution delivery.
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and reusable components.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support when needed.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
  
  or
  
  Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
  
  required.
• Strong
  - on experience with
  
  Pega PRPC (7. X / 8. X and above)
  
  .
• Experience in case management, BPM, workflow automation, and decision rules.
• Solid understanding of
  
  
  - oriented design
  
  ,
  
  Java
  
  , and
  
  web technologies (HTML, CSS, Java
  Script)
  
  .
• Experience with
  
  integrations
  
  (SOAP, REST, JMS, MQ, databases, APIs).
• Strong knowledge of Pega security concepts and performance tuning.
• Ability to design scalable and reusable Pega components.
• Excellent
