Job Description

We're currently seeking an HRBP to join our dynamic People and Culture team at Readiness
IT in Fundão. If you're passionate about learning, possess excellent communication skills, and are dedicated to developing our team members' professional growth, then your career journey could start here.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Recruitment and Selection processes.
• Support in welcoming and integrating new employees.
• Monitor training activities.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal communication plans (internal events, protocols).
• Support HR administrative processes.
• Promote strong HR practices and collaboration.
• Participate in projects and procedures related to People & Culture.

This job might be for you if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in the human resources field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good
  - organization and autonomy.
• Analytical thinking and
  - solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power
  Point).
• Fluent in English (Must Have).
